Salesman was good but i am not satisfied with the finance The salesman Adam was great. He did wonderful job but in my case i did not get a good rate on my loan.On top of that i got loan from Huntington Bank w The salesman Adam was great. He did wonderful job but in my case i did not get a good rate on my loan.On top of that i got loan from Huntington Bank which does not have any branches near by and i have to mail in my payments. NO ONLINE OPTIONS!! I did not like this because they did not reveal anything related to the loan until i went there for the delivery. So i would say the sales guys are good but not the ones who take care of finance! More

free mutipoint inspection fella who "took me through" the "experience" was nice enough but because I was given no summary sheet of my vehicle multi point inspection I walked a fella who "took me through" the "experience" was nice enough but because I was given no summary sheet of my vehicle multi point inspection I walked away not knowing what was checked and what wasn't; he came out to the showroom with the two filters to show me they needed replacing and said something about the brake measurements - that they were fine. But in the end I felt like the free service was just to sells filter replacements. sorry More

Unnecessary tire rotation $19.99 I brought in my 2016 outback for an oil change and tire rotation. After the services were completed I was told my tired were in bad shape and needed I brought in my 2016 outback for an oil change and tire rotation. After the services were completed I was told my tired were in bad shape and needed to be replaced. The service department then tried to sell me new tires. Why was I not informed that I needed new tires before the tire rotation was done. Obviously a tire rotation was not going to extend the life of my worn out tires. I agree that I definitely needed new tires and I purchased them elsewhere. I called the service manager and asked for a refund of the $19.99 charge for the rotation. He offered me a credit for my next service visit. I should just give him a call at my next visit. Obviously I don't plan on returning to Webster Groves Subaru. I expect better from Subaru and a Subaru service department. More
