They said it was “ALREADY THERE.” I swung by on a Sunday and SURPRISE IT IS STILL THERE! Stopped by today & they said it “self resolved.” I’ve owned Pcars for 25 years and these people think the consumer is not knowledgable. They had me wait 20 minutes to look at the car for a second time, and this time they didn’t bother to come out and let me start it up. WOW. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE DISINGENUOUS STEALERSHIP. Also, they said they had an appointment for this car at Arlington Porsche, when I called Porsche Arlington they said NO ONE CALLED TO SET UP AN APPOINTMENT! THEY LIE. I am also reporting this experience to the BBB>! More

Stay out of these SCAMMERS! I went to buy a vehicle from this dealership and Thomas Wilson was the sales representative. He and the leadership did everything to conceal the ter I went to buy a vehicle from this dealership and Thomas Wilson was the sales representative. He and the leadership did everything to conceal the terms of the auto loan including the payment terms, APR or interest rate and the true value of the vehicle. Whenever I asked they tell me it will be in the document the bank financing the loan will send me. I made a payment of $500 as a down payment for the deal to be secured. The cost of the vehicle after the down payment was about $27,000. When I received the bank’s document, there was no true in lending statement in that it did state the interest rate or the apr, and also the value financed had shot up to $32000. It was so ridiculous how the bank’s statement looked. I had never seen such a crooked documents before. I sent the vehicle back but they refused to give me my down payment. The sales consultant was Thomas Wilson and the Manager Ryan Brent. These guys are dangerous for real, they will scam you out fir real. More

DON'T TAKE YOUR MONEY TO THIS DEALERSHIP! ! THEY ARE RACIAL PREJUDICE!! I bought a C300 from them, but something happened with the payment, instead of them reaching out to discuss the issue. T ! THEY ARE RACIAL PREJUDICE!! I bought a C300 from them, but something happened with the payment, instead of them reaching out to discuss the issue. They sent a vague text message and never expressed the urgency. My car was reported stolen by the dealership. Less than 5 hrs later, I was stopped, and my vehicle was seized. I spent a whole month reaching out to inquire about my vehicle and my property. These people evaded my calls and emails. I had to have a friend pose as a buyer to get someone on the phone. Without any evidence, these people are trying to pursue Felony charges against me. I highly doubt if I were a different race that this would have happened. Not because it's Fredericksburg, VA, but when staff pulls me aside, while at the dealership, and tells me that their colleagues are racially prejudiced there's a problem. So, I want this dealership to think long and hard about how they will proceed. Because I'm not a nobody and I refuse to accept any charges from a vehicle purchase gone bad. You have you vehicle, keep it, but give me my property that was illegally retained More

This dealership’s customer service is horrible. Whenever you try to buy a car, everyone keeps calling from this dealership. However, after selling the car, whenever you have an issue with the car o Whenever you try to buy a car, everyone keeps calling from this dealership. However, after selling the car, whenever you have an issue with the car or ask for updates about the title or other questions, no one is available to answer. I had a very bad experience with this dealership. I highly recommend not buying online from this dealership at all. When I got the car, it had a lot of problems. I purchased the most expensive car at this dealership, but when I received it, the bumper was damaged. They kept lying, saying they didn’t damage the bumper. After I showed them pictures proving the car was already damaged when the truck took it, they paid some money, but it didn’t even cover 25% of the damage. Additionally, the center console cup holder door has an issue; it is not working at all and won’t open. It also took three months to get my plates. Whenever I called to talk with the manager, they kept lying, saying the manager or general manager was not available. Shame on you, Mercedes. I have purchased more than 40 cars from various dealerships and never had any problems, but this was my experience. Also the lady works for title and plate I emailed her many times to get update she never return my massage and calls horrible person The title process lady name is: Rebecca Cox and after 10 days driving most expensive car I keep getting error massage I toke to benz dealership in austin/tx he told me Engine mount(s) is defect I replaced even car had only 1200 miles I hope this helps More

Being greeted by and working with Antoine Richardson was the reason I chose to purchase my vehicle the day of my visit. I only intended to test drive and look at the available inventory. This was my first Mercedes purchase, but they ensured it will not be my last. I highly recommend visiting them if you are looking to purchase either new or used. You won't be disappointed. More

We went to this dealership and bought 2 vehicles in a two weeks time. First car we bought was with Michael. We were in the lot for 2o minutes and no one approach us. So we went inside and Michael helped us throughout the process. We were in contact with him with possibly purchasing another vehicle. He was really helpful back and forth of any info/updates that we needed. We went to the lot to check in the said vehicles he sent us through texts. He was off that day. Long story short, Antoinne was assigned to help us throughout the process. Which he equally and patiently guide us like Michael. We end up buying another one which my husband love so much!!! I gave 5 stars to these 2 gentlemen that make our buying experience top notch!!! More

Mercedes-Benz of Fredericksburg was very helpful in the purchase of my car. I bought a used C-300 off the lot and the service they provided was good. The car had a few minor defects including a cracked win purchase of my car. I bought a used C-300 off the lot and the service they provided was good. The car had a few minor defects including a cracked windshield, but once they found out about the windshield they were willing to replace it. Another small cosmetic detail, this time on the interior, was the moon roof switch was broken. The dealership promised to send the replacement preside for free, but I have not received it at this point. Overall, I appreciated the willingness of the dealers to work with us on price and Mercedes was a pleasure to work with. I will say we did have to put some pressure on to get the windshield replaced, but they did great work. More
