Tim Whitener really made sure I was at ease and happy! When going to even look at a vehicle there is this stigma of there will be pressure to purchase or be bombarded by so many people as soon as I drive When going to even look at a vehicle there is this stigma of there will be pressure to purchase or be bombarded by so many people as soon as I drive on the lot. At Paramount KIA that was not the case! I arrived, and was greeted by Tim Whitener with respect and kindness immediately and asked if I was looking for anything particular. I was in need of a larger vehicle to accommodate a growing family and I was immediately put at ease and guided to what I wanted to look at! Not once was I overwhelmed! He asked if I wanted to drive the Carnival and we took it for a test drive. Usually at some point I am asked “are you ready to take it home or if we get the numbers right would you take it home” Tim did not use any of that. He asked me questions about my needs and desires and we sat down and looked things over. I never felt pressured and I always felt like I was the one making the decision. When I met Evan Payne, the sales manager, he was honest and kind and explained everything to me as well. Ryan Briggs, in finance, was so helpful and talked me through each step and helped me complete everything easily and even when I had questions or wanted to tweak something he answered my questions and changed things without any problems or frustrations. Everyone there made everything so pleasant and easy. Knowing this is a Christian dealership is a bonus for me! I had no frustration that usually comes with buying a car! At the end, Time went over every detail of the vehicle again to be sure I didn’t have any questions and told me if I had any after getting home to be sure to give him a call. I’m so thankful I chose Paramount KIA for my vehicle purchase! I truly cannot say enough great things about my purchase experience at Paramount KIA!
