Their staff proved exceptionally patient and helpful as I navigated the process, never pushing the sale but, instead, doing everything in their power to help us locate a model that matched the exact specifications we desired. Our salesperson, Levontae Knox, took the time to explain EVERY key feature of the car (I was upgrading from a MUCH older car) and configure them before even leaving the lot. This is the second car I have purchased from Paramount Auto Group (the other from the Ford dealership in Valdese) and I highly recommend them to anyone else who may be in the market! More

Great experience! I was met in the parking lot by Chao Yang as I exited my car, and was quickly shown to the Telluride in which I was interested. Chao obtained the key, opened the Telluride and we went for a test drive. Chao explained the various features and options.
