He had to escalate one of my issues regarding something else and it had to be approved by a sales manager, which later was identified as Medi Medrek. When he walked me over there, the guy was the rudest man I had met in long time. First off, he didn't even introduce himself. He was just asking questions and demanding answers. He was very short with me and was cutting me off when I was trying to talk to him. I will never deal with him again and will tell anyone that goes there to not deal with him. When he was done talking to me, he "shooed" me away and said he was done talking to me. Never again will I deal with him. The others that I dealt with were all very friendly and helpful. More
