Generally they have been pretty good with inspections notifying me of areas that may be needing attention soon before problems occur. More

Service with Ryan Broome Ryan Broome my service writer was the best I've had. I dread going to this dealership for service. It always takes double the estimated time, just to Ryan Broome my service writer was the best I've had. I dread going to this dealership for service. It always takes double the estimated time, just to be greeted and checked in is a long wait and usually unfriendly challenge including this visit. That being said, Neil Cann one of the service managers has always been standup and fixed any issues. My vehicle just reached the 100K mark and the end of the extended warranty. I've the car serviced only at this dealer from day one and it has always been a hastle even for an oil change. The visit started as I expect at this point, three valets, 1 car in front of me, all three on their phones no one acknowledges anyone. I had an appointment with a service writer assigned to me that wasn't even there until 2 hours after my appointment.. After the back and forth with multiple people, Ryan was assigned to me. He was cordial and handled the rest of the service visit, loaner and everything else in a professional matter. He communicated throughout the service that took 2 days. Great job. Too bad that was likely the last time I visit this dealership now that the 100k warranty is up. Just wanted to do the review because Neil and Ryan certainly deserve it. Make sure you ask to deal with only these 2 gentlemen and maybe you will avoid the experiences I've had in the past. More
