Ryan Broome provided me with great service. I was having battery issues and fortunately the warranty was in force which Ryan pointed out to me. He told me to come on in and your service department fixed my battery issues and fortunately the warranty was in force which Ryan pointed out to me. Quick, clean, efficient. All personnel were friendly and courteous. There was plenty of space (social distancing) since the dealership was operation at less than 100% capacity. courteous. The Service manager Ryan Broome is so nice and helpful. The car service accomplished in a timely manner, and they even wash the car. Ryan Broome, service manager, was very attentive and kept me informed about the service on my vehicle. When delivered, the software update had not completed and there was a problem. So I called Ryan and dro me informed about the service on my vehicle. When delivered, the software update had not completed and there was a problem. So I called Ryan and drove back to dealership. He was quick to respond and get my vehicle back to service and they fixed the issue within 15 minutes. More

We bought a 2015 CRV. I’ve had issues with the service center before, Honda sold me this car as certified without doing the 30000 mile service. Ryan Broome changed my perception. Ryan Broome made sure we were completely satisfied and provided us with great customer service. He even went out of his way to double check that there was no leak in one of our tires.
