My first time at honda world and I am very impressed! Super happy to have a new Crv. The construction was confusing but i will come back to see the new building. I have been a Honda Customer for 16 years here and in my home state. I purchased a 2019 Odyssey there last week and since the purchase the customer service has been awful. The had to repeatedly call the finance director for over 48 hours and leave messages. He never called back. I finally got him on the phone. I had a simple question about refinancing because our credit union gave us an interest rate of 3.1% versus the rate of 6.8% which he quoted. I purchased the perma-plane protection service for $1500 only to be later be told there is actually no such additional protection. I know when the finance director kept pushing it, he said something would be added to the interior and exterior and I had to set up an appointment to have it applied. But when calling the delivery department repeatedly for 3 days to set up an appointment for the product to be installed the representative tells me there is nothing to install. I just purchased nothing for $1500. She stated in case there is a problem, the company would repair the problem. Which if you ask me, the entire sale of the product is fraud. But what really bothers me, since the first time I stepped into this dealership 4 years ago for an oil change, there have been multiple attempts to get me to purchase a car. As you know, while I wait for for the service to be completed, someone is there trying to convince me to purchase a new car, 2-3 days after the service someone is emailing or texting to convince me to purchase a new car. There appear to be a flood of representatives on the ready to sell you a car. But the minute I purchased a car, it’s as if no one works there anymore. We are planning on purchasing our teenager an Accord in the Spring. So as you can imagine we will NOT be purchasing the car from this dealership. We will go to Cincinatti or Indiana. More

We just purchased our third car from Honda World and it couldn’t have gone smoother. We traded our old van in for a newer model and got a great trade in deal. If there is anything I learned in life, it would be the fact that everything expires and things change...except the impressions that you leave on others. The experience at Honda was wonderful and helpful. Everyone was extremely kind and easy to speak with. Miguel was knowledgeable with regard to any questions I had about the cars he showed. Brooke was also personable and very helpful when going over my car's features with me. I hope to work with both for future car purchases. Both Miguel and Brooke have lovely personalities and were a treat to speak with. Ryan Carter was also extremely helpful when discussing the financing details of the purchase. He is a wonderful person and I look forward to working with him again in the future! 10/10 service all around! More
