This was our first time buying a vehicle from Roesch Ford -- it was the BEST experience we've had in buying a car. Ryan Davis was a super star! He truly worked hard in making sure everything was perfect fo -- it was the BEST experience we've had in buying a car. Ryan Davis was a super star! He truly worked hard in making sure everything was perfect for us! Ryan is the nicest guy you want to meet and work with as well. We have told them that we are buying our next vehicle from them--hopefully from Ryan again! Their finance department, Sam and Paul, were great at answering our questions and completing all the paperwork -- super guys. Their sales manager, John, was so nice as well. We had gone to three other dealerships and were getting discouraged in the buying process--Downers Grove and Naperville dealerships. We only came to Roesch to see what an interior color looked like in person, and we were greeted so nicely. Matter-of-fact, Ryan brought out the exact vehicle we were looking for and we put a deposit down at 9:00 AM that day, and later went we returned in the afternoon, we bought it. BEST EXPERIENCE EVER -- WE WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND! More
