This was our first time buying a vehicle from Roesch Ford -- it was the BEST experience we've had in buying a car. Ryan Davis was a super star! He truly worked hard in making sure everything was perfect fo -- it was the BEST experience we've had in buying a car. Ryan Davis was a super star! We have told them that we are buying our next vehicle from them--hopefully from Ryan again! Their finance department, Sam and Paul, were great at answering our questions and completing all the paperwork -- super guys. Their sales manager, John, was so nice as well. We had gone to three other dealerships and were getting discouraged in the buying process--Downers Grove and Naperville dealerships. We only came to Roesch to see what an interior color looked like in person, and we were greeted so nicely. Matter-of-fact, Ryan brought out the exact vehicle we were looking for and we put a deposit down at 9:00 AM that day, and later went we returned in the afternoon, we bought it.
