I called on Monday and made an appointment for brakes check and auto butler for Thursday at 9:00am. I explained clearly that I was driving in from a town 60miles away. I arrived at 9. First I was told they didn’t have any appointment for me. Another service rep interjected that it was fine and they would get right on it. I never received not one update without going to the desk and asking for the status. At 2:30 pm I returned to the desk to receive a ridiculous estimate-$850.00 to change the rotors and brake pads on my truck with 33,000 miles on it. My profession is in the medical field so the truck has no hard miles on it. No apologies. No explanation. I would not refer an enemy to Ralph Sellers. If there is a real person Ralph Sellers owner he either has no clue about his dealership or doesn’t care. More

On their website they advertise one price for an oil change including tire rotation but if you go in they charge you the advertised price for the oil change only and an additional price for the tire rot change including tire rotation but if you go in they charge you the advertised price for the oil change only and an additional price for the tire rotation, but don’t tell you that until afterwards. And if you use one of their coupons from the mail, when you question the original charge, all they say is we have you an additional discount (but you had an additional coupon for that discount). Other wise they are very polite but just not reliable. More
