I am throughly upset with the call and interaction with Jessica (service rep. I may have the wrong name) I called to notify them I was coming and was drastically losing tire pressure. During the call the pressure dropped from 20 to 17. Her response was very much so indifferent as if she didn’t care that my tire was going flat. She insisted that I bring it in the next day. Her exact words were “can you bring it in tomorrow?”. Even after I told her I was 5 mins away from the service center. She then told me she may not be able to get a tire and that it was already 3pm. I redirected her that this is an emergency for me because I would not be able to make it home as well as why would I pass the service center trying to do that? It was as she did not care about my safety at all. I ordered my truck from this dealership instead of a third party dealer for the additional service that would be provided. I did the same with Toyota and never had an issue with service. In fact the offered services and changed things under the warranty before I even knew there was something wrong. This entire service was horrible. Once I made it there (thankfully), I asked her why did she respond in the manner in which she did. She didn’t even apologize for her insensitive response she deflected to say she didn’t understand what I was saying. Overall just a dab experience. I gave it 2 stars because the technician found the problem and provided a quick solution. Left to Jessica I would have been on the side of the road in a thunderstorm. She doesn’t care and it shows!
