There was very little communication unless I called to ask i never got up dates and I even had to drive my vehicle to show a mechanic the nois I heard.. when I asked what he thought he said I do t know.. ask i never got up dates and I even had to drive my vehicle to show a mechanic the nois I heard.. when I asked what he thought he said I do t know.. then 2 days later after my truck sitting in the parking lot they call with an up date wanting to tare down my engine to diagnose my issue.. when I called I was quoted 200 but it quickly end up being 1000 to diagnose the vehicle.. any way I give a 0 star but I won't let me.. I felt that whoever was working on my truck was definitely not who I want to diagnose any vehicle issue for me.. it took 5 days and then wanted me to okay 5 hr labor for him to see if its something he guesses it it.. just crazy.. and if it was not that then what another 5 hr to guess again.. nope not me.. I will never bring my vehicle to Ralph's sellers or any of my families vehicle's.. More
