Where should I start: I was annoyed just thinking about having to go car shopping. We had gone to a few different dealers before and either we were greeted with contempt or hounded but at BMW of Barrington the opposite happened. We had an idea of what we wanted and got something better. James K. was great. He was totally down to earth, answering all our questions, not pressuring us to buy, and giving us info that we didn’t even think about. It totally eased my annoyance of car shopping. We even talked about UFC as we waited for other details on our X5. We came back a few days later to pick up the vehicle and finish some paper work and again great service from everyone. We hung out for a bit with James and the conversation was all pleasant. We had the tech guy, Jace, show us the cool features and he was so friendly and knowledgeable! As we waited for a few more things cause well computer glitches, we did not feel annoyed or bothered just hanging out and talking to James and Ryan D., who also came to just chat and give us cool info about Motor Works and the how he runs this dealership! Great experience. We will definitely be coming back for any future purchases, the amazing looking car wash, and vehicle services. More

I have been searching for something to lease when my BMW lease (from a competitive dealership) is up in 3 months! I sent one email inquiring about one x3m40i 2022 NEW that was advertised. Within 2 minutes I had not only Pete Jacob the Sales Consultant but his Sales Manager Yesenia Cruz also contact me! I have to admit that impressed me knowing and having experienced from most local dealerships empathy, non urgency. These two invited me in the following day and actually HELD onto this amazing SAV with only my word. I found out that there were 9 different people who wanted that vehicle and most came in whilst I was closing the deal! A blessing to say the least. Ryan Durst is the Integrations Director who those two had come and speak with us. I thought "ok.. here we go, what will he try to push on us now." NOTHING! He genuinely likes to get to know who their buyers are and how he can make it the best possible experience with his team for us. AND he sure did. I can't believe I am writing that I would probably just go back to talk with this group again, but for sure I will. There was zero pressure, no haggling, an extremely fair offer was presented and it was all done in short time. I live in Lake Forest right between two well known BMW Dealerships and I can assure anyone I will be back at Motor Works in Barrington, (22 miles away) for many years to come! More

She makes you feel like a friend, or family member & treats you with the highest customer service & respect. This was another unforgettable car buying experience with Agnes. Motor Werks is lucky to have such an incredible & dedicated employee representing their store! Shreena was a HUGE help during this experience as well! She was there to help answer all the questions I had regarding my early lease termination & she even signed me up for the Special BMW Driving Event which got me an extra $1,000 rebate on the new car!!! Mr. Thijs DeKool is my last honorable mention of the experience . He did a great job explaining the value of my trade. Already doing my research ahead of time, I knew what my vehicle was worth. Right off the bat, Thijs offered me a fair & solid number that I could not refuse!!! Together, they made me feel confident about making the trade for this new beauty!
