Came out and introduced himself, very nice and open guy. Did not push at all, narrowed it down to Chrysler 300 or Civic Si. Ended up going with the Civic Si which I love. Great MPG, and very quick car, with no big issues. Thanks Again Ryan, I will come back to you when Im ready for a new Vehicle. Management was good, Finance girl was beautiful. I found Suburban through a simpl I have nothing but positive things to say about this dealer. They were professional, easy to work with, and quick. I found Suburban through a simple Google search because they happened to have a lot of a certain type of car I wanted in stock (Chrysler 200 S). I walked in on a Saturday and met with Ryan Enders, who was very welcoming and a pleasant person to work with. He set me up with a test drive and told me all the features in the vehicle. He then got some basic information from me and set me up with Steve Goupill to discuss finance options. Steve was very upfront and honest with me, and made the process simple. He checked with multiple banks to find me the best rate on a loan and explained everything thoroughly, and got me a good rate on a car with $0 down. He was very quick to get everything done and got me in a new (used) car and on the road within a couple of hours of me walking in. If you want service done right, talk to these two! More
