I tried to buy another transit van last year and I got one of your younger salesmen and after an hour of looking and dickering I couldn’t make a deal. I finally bought one from Planet Ford. Please quit letting your experienced sales people that know your customers. More

I brought my truck in to have the coils and spark plug changed, When i dropped it off the engine light was NOT on. But when i picked it up the engine light was on, the service guy that went to retrieve m changed, When i dropped it off the engine light was NOT on. But when i picked it up the engine light was on, the service guy that went to retrieve my truck, drove it up to the office got out and didn’t say anything about the light. So NOT happy about that!!!! More
