I called the day before to confirm the interest sale of 2.9% for broncos. Mike fisher confirm I would get this interest rate. We drove THREE hours to this dealership for this sale. Got there. Very few of the internet prices matched the actual price they were selling for. We were told every time we asked “the vehicle got upgrades we still have to update the price online”. The sales manager, Jake miller came and spoke with us. The rudest man I’ve ever encountered. Didn’t care that we’re lied to about the interest rate. Brushed it off and said we wasn’t getting it. Didn’t care we drove that far for this particular sale that one of their employees confirmed. Told me I should have read the fine print. Never once did he work with us on price, brought out lease forms and form of financing through a different company. Never worked with us on price. He didn’t care at all. He walked out on us. Didn’t say have a good day or anything. His ego got the best of him. Jake miller is definitely turning (and running) business a way as I’ve seen in other reviews as well. Definitely recommend taking business elsewhere. More
