Besides the tire, my car was near needing the first oil change, so we added that as well as one recall I knew about and 2 that I was not aware of. He also suggested a tire alignment since we were putting on a new tire. His time estimate was 2-3 hours, and the work WAS completed in 3 hours. Ryan was a most professional and knowledgeable rep to deal with. Very satisfied. More
