Although the wait was long from the time I ordered my Outback in September to picking her up on 12/27, it was definitely worth it! My initial visit to New Motors was just to inquire about their life Outback in September to picking her up on 12/27, it was definitely worth it! My initial visit to New Motors was just to inquire about their lifetime powertrain warranty on a new vehicle but after speaking to my sales rep, Brendan, we began discussing trading in my Forester. So how does one go about buying a new vehicle when there are no cars on the lot to test drive? You put your faith in your salesman. Brendan was wonderful to work with; very informative, kind and patient. I went looking for another Forester but after Brendan told us about the features in the Outback, especially the difference in comfort level, I definitely had my sites set on the Outback. And here I always thought that the only difference in the two vehicles was their size! How wrong I was! After checking out reviews online and having a bajillion questions, I took them all to Brendan, who after answering them all, we began building my new car! Never once did Brendan suggest something I didn’t need. He was attentive to me and really helped me get into the vehicle that suited my wants and my needs, including choosing what “options” I did and did not want in my car. Brendan was very personable and patient explaining to me all things Outback! All the gadgets, options, how to’s, and the things my car could do for me to keep me and my passengers safe. Being able to build what I wanted in a car versus settling on picking from an already outfitted car on the lot certainly made a big, cost effective difference for me, and the ease of doing so was because of Brendan. The way we’re used to doing things has certainly changed, and buying a new car is a different experience, too; but if you’re out looking for a new car and want a great experience, go look up my guy, Brendan Eisinger, at New Motors. Shopping for a car in 2021 is no easy task. Shopping for a car at New Motors with Ryan made it a task that could be conquered.
