Ryan Franklin is the reason we drove an hour and crossed state lines to New Motors instead of our local dealer. After our very first brief interaction we knew he was not a typical car salesman. He genuinely took interest in what our family’s needs are from a vehicle. He asked us questions and didn’t make us feel pressured at all. He honed was super informative and even presented us options of vehicles that were less money but could’ve been a better fit. Ryan made a point to follow up with us via emails and texts, we knew he genuinely wanted us to feel comfortably communicated (never once pressing). We walked away with a brand new Subaru Ascent Onyx edition and it’s even better than we dreamed! We were able to add all the features we wanted and Ryan came through to ensure we were happy! When the car came without our remote starter installed (due to factory shortages), Ryan made it happen before we took delivery! I’ve worked in retail over 20 yrs, and I’d love to have more people like Ryan on my team! We wish the best to Ryan in the future, and thank him for an outstanding job! More

Not only is the place clean and comfortable, the people are friendly and accommodating.
