We found this car on car gurus for my daughter, contacted Kunes, and got all the details. Made a day to go see the car and get a buyers order as we prefer to secure our own financing. Halfway into our 2 and half our drive a message was sent to my husband saying the vehicle was in the shop. They were aware of the time we would be there and aware of the distance we were driving. We still went because we needed the buyers order and had already been so far into the trip. It took 20 days for this vehicle to be turned over to us. We were told that their auction vehicles kept getting put ahead of ours in the shop. This car only needed an O2 sensor. They knew it was sold, so just kept tossing us to the back of their line. We got there yesterday to sign papers and finally bring the vehicle home. While signing, we were told that there was only about 5000 miles left of the warranty. We were very mislead with that through this process. We were also given a price $40 and some change more than the original buyers order that we were given to take to our financial institution. I could have gone to my car and gotten the paper given to me and argued with the guy over it (we did let him know and he insisted we were wrong), but I just wanted to get out of there before causing a scene after how we were treated, so instead, I pulled $41 out of my wallet and just gave it to them. The best part about dealing with this dealership was some bottles of water and a bag of popcorn offered to us (I'm just saying $40 is some expensive snacks) Do better. Be more informative to your customers. Don't put customers on the backburner for your auction vehicles. More
