The process of me purchasing my first vehicle was amazing, although a little pricey for my age I still can cover the expenses. My partner and I recently visited South Oak seeking a used car under $10,000. We met with a very friendly salesman named Ryan Ganser. It was immediately apparent that Ryan was more concerned with quality used car under $10,000. We met with a very friendly salesman named Ryan Ganser. It was immediately apparent that Ryan was more concerned with quality of customer service over any potential commission to be made. Despite the dealership being packed with customers, Ryan took the time to sit down with us and learn why we were looking for a car in our stated price range. We indicated our interest in a 2003 Ford Focus on the lot listed at $5,000. After reviewing our credit history, Ryan carefully explained our options and noted we could easily leave the lot in a much newer car. When we indicated we weren't interested in a newer car, Ryan immediately and took us for a test drive in the Ford. We were impressed that Ryan relied on inventory and a genuine interest in helping us to sell the car, not pressure. Negotiations went as well as the test drive. Ryan and his associates worked diligently to find us the lowest possible interest rate for financing and even added free service to the vehicle to ensure we left the lot feeling confident we made the right choice. This dealership has earned a lifetime customer thanks to Ryan Ganser. We intend to return when we're ready to upgrade our vehicle and will recommend the same to all friends and family looking to buy. Right from the start of my visit I was greeted by Ryan Ganser in a polite manner and was not pushy. While they took care of getting the value of my trade in, Ryan had me test drive a 2014 Durango. Ryan did a great job of explaining all the features and capabilities of the Durango. When it was my turn to drive Ryan was attentive to my questions and did not try to push anything on my. After getting back Garrett suggested I take a look at a certified pre-owned 2012 Durango. Ryan showed me the differences between the 2012 and 2014. After getting the value of my trade in I found out I was able to save money on what my current payments where. Paperwork was a breeze and the dealership did a great job of cleaning up the Durango and making it look brand new. All my needs were met while working with Ryan and I couldn't be any happier. More

Let me start off saying I always have dreaded the car buying experience. All my prior car buying experiences ended up with hours, if not days, of wasted time with pushy rude salesman that seemed to only buying experience. All my prior car buying experiences ended up with hours, if not days, of wasted time with pushy rude salesman that seemed to only care about their commission. Up until 2 weeks ago my opinion changed when I walked in to South oak dodge. This opinion changed due to salesman, Ryan Ganser (and his other coworkers). When I met Ryan he was very friendly, very attentive, knowledge about what cars they had available. I explained to him exactly what I was looking for and within 5 minutes he narrowed it down to one vehicle. We went on a test drive and was out the door with a deal in less than one hour. There were no games or gimmicks with him or the dealership. They gave me a great price and took the time to answer my hundreds of questions. If you or anyone you know is looking for a car please see Ryan Ganser. He will shoot straight with you and give you the best deal he can. To this day (two weeks later) I still call Ryan and he still answers all of my questions. I think his friendly personality and passion to find the car for you makes him a great salesman.
