WE LIVE IN A COMPETIVIE WORLD WITH INCENTIVITEAND BONUSES THAT ARE CERTAINLY MOTIVATORS WHICH CAN CASUE HIGH PRESSURE SALES. THIS WAS THE FIRST TIME I ENTERED YOUR STORE. ALREADY ON GUARD FROM VISITING THAT ARE CERTAINLY MOTIVATORS WHICH CAN CASUE HIGH PRESSURE SALES. THIS WAS THE FIRST TIME I ENTERED YOUR STORE. ALREADY ON GUARD FROM VISITING A INDIANA STORE, I RELUCTANTLY ENTERED AND TO MY SURPRISE, WELCOMED WITH WARM SMILES AND GREETINGS. I ASKED FOR RYAN, HE WAS REFERRED TO ME BUY ANOTHER COUPLE THAT WAS EXREMELY IMPRESSED WITH HIS SERVICE. WHEN RYAN APPROACHED WARMLY, HE COULDN'T BE MORE PROFESSIONAL, ACCOMODATING AND KIND WHICH RESULTED IN THE FIRST PURCHASE OF MY NEW JEEP LIBERTY. HE WANTED TO WORK FOR ME...HE WANTED TO ENSURE I WAS COMFORTABLE WITH THE DEAL AND HE COMMENTED, I AM HERE FOR YOU, TO ASSIST YOU AND WORK WITH YOU, AND IN YOUR BEST INTEREST SO YOU ARE COMFORTABLE WITH YOUR PURCHASE. HE WAS SUPPORTIVE, EXPLAINED TO ME ALL THE WAY THROUGH MY RELUCTANCY WITHOUT FEELING ANY HIGH PRESSURE SALE.... RYAN BROUGHT THE PAPERS TO MY HOME IN INDIANA JUST FOR SIGNATURES TO PROCESS P/W. MY SON WAS LEAVING TOWN. OF COURSE MY LIBERTY IS LOCATED IN IOWA AND THE STAFF PICKED UP AND DROVE MY LIBERTY TO THE DEALERSHIP, WENT OVER IT WITH A FINE TOOTH COMB, RYAN DROVE IT TO INDIANA TO MY HOME TO DELIVER THE TRUCK DUE TO A VEHICLE SHORTAGE. TOOK THE TIME TO GO OVER THE LIBERTY WITH ME AND ASKED ME TO BE SURE TO CALL IF I HAVE ANY QUESTIONS. I ALSO HAVE SINCE RECEIVED A FOLLOW UP CALLS ASKING HOW ME AND MY LIBERTY ARE GETTING ALONG. THIS IS WHAT I CONSIDER TO BE EXCEEDING CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPECTATIONS AND I THANK YOU RYAN FOR MAKING THIS TRANSITION FOR ME QUITE A SIMPLE TASK. YOU HAVE GREAT THINGS AWAITING FOR YOU IN THE FUTURE MY FRIEND, FOR YOU HAVE WHAT YOU CAN'T LEARN IN SCHOOL....YOU EITHER GOT IT OR YOU DON'T AND I AM PLEASED TO TELL YOU THAT, RYAN, YOU HAVE THE "IT FACTOR" AND THIS DEALERSHIP SHOULD BE HONORED TO HAVE YOU ON BOARD AND SHOULD TREASURE SUCH A GREAT EMPLOYEE SUCH AS YOURSELF. YOU HAVE CERTAINLY EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS AND I THANK YOU! MY EXPECTATIONS ARE ALWAYS HIGH FOR I MYSELF CURRENTLY SERVICE PATIENTS IN THE MEDICAL FIELD AND BEING FORMER FLIGHT ATTENDANT/SUPERVISOR, IT IS RARE NOW A DAYS TO FIND SUCH A WONDERFUL PERSON WITH EXCELLENCT CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. "RYAN HAS THE IT FACTOR" THAT JUST COULDN'T BE TAUGHT IN A TRAINING CLASS OR COLLEGE SETTING." BECASUE OF YOU RYAN, I WILL CERTAINLY BE DOING BUSINESS WITH SOUTHOAK AND JEEP BETTER NOT STOP MAKING THE LIBERTY, I WILL BE LOOKING FOR A FULLY LOADED ONE IN 2015...LOL More

WOW! We happen to stop at South Oak just to walk around & look at jeeps. We have been on a hunt for new or trade in. A most geniune young men approched us with abundance of info. We often hear so much neg & look at jeeps. We have been on a hunt for new or trade in. A most geniune young men approched us with abundance of info. We often hear so much negative on our young adults. But we can truly say that Ryan when beyound the call of duty to make our trip there one of our best expierenced. We had no intension of purchasing a car there to be honest! We strongly feel that if had not been for Ryan today we would not be driving our Jeep Compass. As senior citizens & most often sales people look at us & continue on their merry way. They feel we probably are not serious about purchasing or like they say, "what ever!" Bravo Ryan!! May you be blessed in your endevors and allow noone to change your uniqueness. We applaude everyone there for their Great service! More

My husband and I have bought with Dodge before and like the product. However, this was the first dealer we have walked into that genuinely listened to everything we needed and wanted in a car....from safe the product. However, this was the first dealer we have walked into that genuinely listened to everything we needed and wanted in a car....from safety ratings to gas to what we could AFFORD. They did not push extras on us. Ryan got us in our brand new car with everything we wanted for exactly what we said we could afford! Jesus (and Mark)were also very attentive to our needs. When we arrived, our car was beautiful and ready to roll! There was one thing that I needed added to my car and they scheduled my service appointment around MY schedule and when I came in the service department was friendly and quick! Scott, another friendly employee, made sure if I needed a loaner I had one so I didn't have to sit around and wait. My husband is looking for a work car and Ryan has continued to service us by watching for a safe and affordable car. They have been in touch with us several times to make sure we are happy and to let us know they are looking for a work car! How many places do you know that will help you out like that?! I will definitely be buying my next car from Ryan and South Oak! If you want a no-hassle place to look or shop, this is your place! (I loved how clean the service department was and the young man that washed and waxed my car came out to greet me when he saw me in the service department!) They honestly want it to be a "family" kind of experience. Since I anticipate on having my car for a long time, it is nice to build a good relationship with the dealer.
