He did everything to make the experience pleasant and was very helpful in all aspects.He went the extra mile and helped me transfer things from my old to new car,got my new car to service area as it was raining heavily. He even called and checked after couple of days. Second I would like to give a 1 star or maybe close to 0 star for Ismail. Did not keep any of his words and made all empty promises/assurances when I visited for the first time, was kind of rude and indifferent at the time of buying and made me pay extra for a miss from Napleton's side.
