Came in with my daughter to look at a Toyota we saw online, made an appointment with Julissa to come look at it, we were greeted by Ryan Hammonds had ah brief conversation and before we knew it we were online, made an appointment with Julissa to come look at it, we were greeted by Ryan Hammonds had ah brief conversation and before we knew it we were test driving. We drove home with the Toyota, this was one of the quickest most friendliest and courteous car purchasing I have ever made and there was no detail left out, I would recommend Ryan Hammonds to anyone wanting to purchase ah car with someone friendly courteous and very Chill!!! We came in recently to either purchase a used car or lease a new one. Ryan Hammonds worked with us , and after much deliberation , we proceeded to try out the Kona, which we did lease. My experience at Napleton was the best I’ve ever had. My salesman Ryan and Finance manager Brian were exceptional! He did everything to make the experience ple My review is divided into two parts. First for Ryan Hammonds who provided a 5 star+ excellent service. He did everything to make the experience pleasant and was very helpful in all aspects.He went the extra mile and helped me transfer things from my old to new car,got my new car to service area as it was raining heavily. He even called and checked after couple of days. Second I would like to give a 1 star or maybe close to 0 star for Ismail. Did not keep any of his words and made all empty promises/assurances when I visited for the first time, was kind of rude and indifferent at the time of buying and made me pay extra for a miss from Napleton's side.
