I’m pretty upset with this last service. I wasted my time as the issue is not resolved and now I have to bring it back in. At this point, I should be getting a courtesy vehicle as it just I wasted my time as the issue is not resolved and now I have to bring it back in. At this point, I should be getting a courtesy vehicle as it just ridiculous. I am told one system says my OnStar account is active as it should be another says it’s not, seems to me this issue should be a simple fix. Also, the coffee machine sucked, no matter what button you pushed cappuccino, cafe latte, it all made the same coffee. The snacks were not filled up and they were stale. It seems the customer experience is not very important. More
