Absolutely Wonderful! Rik was very knowledgeable and was a great help. Looked into other vehicles at other dealerships (had been reported lemon on Carfax). Financing got me a better rate than my credit union could have (3.75% vs 4.59%) and THEN was able to get me 1.9%!!!!??? More

Nick is a great In sales. Customer service eh. Nick got me help right away while he was working with a customer. Joe helped me out while Nick was busy. They worked to get the deal with me on my 2013 Ford F-150. Thought everything was great until someone jammed my emergency break on while cleaning the truck(that’s what Joe claimed). I had no clue and drove on it for about 30 miles before realizing my break was smoking. While on my way back to the dealership I noticed my truck lost some power and I couldn’t hear my turbo in the engine like I could before. I got back to the dealership for them to fix my e-brake and told Joe about the turbo to have them take a look because something wasn’t right. He completely blew off the turbo issue I stated and had them work on the break. Next day I pick up my truck e-brake all fixed, turn out of the dealership and drive 1/4 mile down the road when my check engine light turns on. Turn back around to the dealership and tell them to fix the check engine light that just came on. Boy we’re they shocked to see me 3 minutes after I left the dealership. Turns out a hose popped off on the turbo... hmmmmm... didn’t I ask Joe to have them take a look at that after I noticed a change in the turbo the night before? Finally get my truck back again and drive about 7 miles on the truck when my check engine light comes on one more time... Now this time I’m pretty upset. 3 days I left with this truck, 3 days I came back with the truck. Turns out they only replaced one turbo in the twin turbo and the other needs to be replaced now. They didn’t have all the parts so I needed to wait to get the truck until the parts come in. That was Thursday night. Fast forward to the following Tuesday I still don’t have it and now I really need a vehicle because my fiancé needed her vehicle back. They worked with me and gave me a 2019 Ford Ranger for a loaner. Which was nice and part of the reason they got two stars. But took them 4 days to help me out with that. Needles to say I didn’t get my truck back until that following Monday, nearly two weeks after I initially purchased the vehicle. The two stars are for Nicks kindness and apologies and finally getting me a loaner car after 4 days. Although I was agitated with how long it took them to fully fix my truck, Caleb in the service department was nice with me as well. As of now the truck is finally running great as it should be. More
