I had submitted some interest on an Escape online, and Ryan reached out very quickly to answer any questions I might have had. He was easy to communicate with, and consistently quick to respond through the entire process. Once I actually got into the dealership to talk with Ryan, he was not pushy at all! I never felt pressured during the process, which was really comforting - that was the part of the process I was looking forward to the least, and he made it absolutely painless. He was very laid back and really took the time to explain the leasing process to me. He even ran the financing for me through first on a few different vehicles so that I wouldn't fall in love with a vehicle on a test drive that I ultimately couldn't have. I'll come back to work with Ryan on my next vehicle! I didn't work with Kelly much, but she was very professional and I enjoyed my limited interactions with her. Justin was the best financing officer I've ever dealt with at a car dealership. He answered my questions with zero fluff - very straight forward, honest, appropriate answers to my questions... and being a first time leaser, I had plenty! I really enjoyed working with him, and appreciated the level of honesty and transparency that he provided from the financing department. More

We told him what we were interested in and he promptly went back through all the construction to get keys to the vehicles we had expressed interest in. He gave us all the options on the different vehicles, got us a test ride. We were not expecting to pick a vehicle that day but it all fell together very easily, no pressure, very honest with us. We are very happy with our Taurus and would recommend Ryan to anyone looking for a car, new or used. Had an issue with the key fobs but Mr Bromeland figured it out quickly and even thought it cost the dealership $, they promptly ordered another fob with no hassle to us. A very pleasant leasing experience! It's a welcoming new building with lots of space that reminds of a hotel lobby. Still smells of paint. Everyone was pleasant, and Ryan was the consultant assigned to me. I was looking to buy or lease a 2015 Mustang. I test drove one and dealt strictly with Ryan. I checked around but came back to Ryan and the car I had driven, and the lease offer was very good... better than I expected. I was completely satisfied with the way Ryan answered my questions, and the deal itself, and then the thorough introduction to the new vehicle. Because the car was on the lot, and it was almost exactly what I'd wanted, the whole transaction was smooth. So far I am completely satisfied by the experience, and I have no reason to expect otherwise in the future. Ryan Heine treated me with courtesy and respect, did not pressure, investigated all my options as I described them, and took the time to demo the car even though I said I wasn't ready to commit. In fact, his attention was partly responsible for my intention to close a deal. Of course, I liked the car, too. Everyone else I dealt with (briefly) at Braeger seemed of the same caliber. Ryan messaged me back within minutes, answered my questions about the car and arranged a test drive for later that day. Ryan was not a high pressured sales person; although he was very professional, thorough and answered all my questions. I would recommend others give Ryan a call for a good car buying experience. More

He handled lining up a pickup time and the entire Braeger team was ready for me and expedited my purchase "Again" efficiently. More

First good car buying experience I have purchased many, many new and used vehicles over the years. Sometimes the experience is ok but it has never been good before. My salesman Ryan I have purchased many, many new and used vehicles over the years. Sometimes the experience is ok but it has never been good before. My salesman Ryan Heine was excellent. Super attentive and went out of his way to answer all my questions and explore different vehicles and financing types for me. The new dealership was beautiful and the financing gal was even normal.......not the usual smoke and mirrors game you usually have to endure when purchasing a car. My new vehicle is great, my salesman was awesome and I would recommend purchasing from Braeger Ford. More

The dealership itself was amazing and the people working there we're even better. They got me in and out of there as quick as possible and they were all very helpful. I didn't have to stand around waiting like most dealerships and they didn't try to make me buy something I didnt want. They weren't pushy and that made it all worth while. I will definitely be going back for my next vehicle. More

Not bad. Just okay. Generally I'm a pessimist when it comes to car salesmen and dealerships, although Ryan was a pretty good guy to work with. I knew pretty much exactly what I wanted and they were happy to oblige. There's several things I noticed which I would caution other potential buyers about. First, the finance guy. I wanted a lower monthly payment on a lease, which they did manage to do but only by choosing a higher model Escape (SE vs. S), which saved $20 a month. This is because the residual value was higher on the SE model, which also means paying more if choosing to buy the vehicle at the end of the lease. I knew this going into it, but the math for me still put the vehicle in range of where I wanted to be. I would caution other buyers who may not realize this, lest they be steamrolled into a more expensive vehicle without realizing the trade-off. Secondly, the price of the vehicle itself was never brought up. You can negotiate prices on a lease, however I qualified for Ford's X-Plan (or so I was told), so it was a fixed price offered by Ford. However, the fixed price I was offered did not match the fixed price on Ford's x-plan. The only reason I didn't complain or leave entirely was because the price I paid with customer rebate was lower than the x-plan price, which I'm going to, in good faith, believe doesn't include any rebates as it's below invoice. Overall, according to truecar, I received a "fair price". Can I complain? Probably, as there's slight deception at play. Is it worth it? In the end I'm happy with the SUV and the price is what I wanted to pay. Everybody wins. Overall? I liked working with Ryan, he's a pretty straightforward, nice guy to deal with. As for the dealership? I think the shady factor increased a bit. But I'm not blaming the salesman. That's finance and the floor manager's department. Would I go back? The only reason I stayed this time is because Ryan worked with me for a really long time and that meant a lot. I would check prices next time, but not without visiting competing dealerships first. Would I recommend it to anyone else? Yes, with the caveat being do your homework before coming in. They're out there to make money first. Might as well go with the dealership looking to make money and give you the best deal. There's no shortage of them out there. More
