I also purchased the extended warranty based on the explanation and recommendation from Ryan. I seldom buy extended warranties, but it was apparent that West Metro stands by their warranty and work. I would definitely consider West Metro for my next vehicle purchase. One negative, and not West Metro's fault, but our 2016 Trax has no cruise control!?! Why would any vehicle made in the last 4 years (or 20 years for that matter) not have cruise control?!? Chevy... Wife is still happy though. More

Wonderful Experience! I always dread buying vehicles - you know - dealing with the pushy salespeople, talking to 5 of the "managers" and going back and forth and then the f I always dread buying vehicles - you know - dealing with the pushy salespeople, talking to 5 of the "managers" and going back and forth and then the financing! AGH! My car was totaled unexpectedly so I really dreaded getting a new vehicle. I did research, found a car I liked, contacted the dealership, worked with Kent, test drove the car (and others for comparison), applied for online financing and the next day picked up the car! I put in a down payment but didn't have the bulk of my insurance check from by other car yet and they even made that easy! As a female it is always hard to car shop, receive the respect you deserve and get a good deal but this dealership nailed it in every way. Highly recommend! More
