Fabulous customer treatment. We stopped at Weber Ford “just to look”. Was greeted quickly by the friendliest Sales representative, Tom, we’ve ever met. Smiling, good listener. We stopped at Weber Ford “just to look”. Was greeted quickly by the friendliest Sales representative, Tom, we’ve ever met. Smiling, good listener. Went right to work. Showed great respect to both of us. Did NOT talk down to us. Showed us what we asked for. Made the entire experience stress free. None of the staff played any sales games. Went home with a new truck we wanted and could afford. So very personal. AAA+++ report card. More
