I reached out about a specific vehicle and got a super quick response that it was still available, but with no insane sales push, nor any of the crazy automated messages I did get from other dealerships. It was super easy to make the appointment to come see the truck and seamless in being put into contact with a salerperson. Martin was absolutely awesome to deal with. He was friendly and sooooooo not pushy, which I appreciated tremendously. I knew exactly what I was interested in and at no point did he try to dissuade me or lead me in any other direction. He absolutely respected I was only interested in one vehicle. He was super thorough throughout the entire process, without wasting any of my time with nonsense. The same holds true for the financing portion. Nick was awesome getting the paperwork done. He explained everything clearly AND concisely - which, BEYOND WORDS, I appreciated, as patience is not a virtue I possess. The whole paperwork process, which during other car purchases has been a long drawn out headache, was super easy and quick. Overall, the part that I appreciated most though, from start to finish of this purchase, was the follow through. If anyone said it would be done or that he/she would handle it he/she absolutely did. Absolutely would recommend Gates. More

Paul was nothing but professional, very helpful and extremely patient and understanding. For I am someone who does her research, has many questions and takes her time in making a decision when it comes to purchasing an expensive item as a vehicle. Paul went out of his way to find a vehicle with a light interior and without a lot of extra accessories and an exterior color I that I liked. He even ordered a new console cover as the one in the vehicle had an ink mark which wouldn't come out. Nick in finance was professional and helpful also. More
