I shopped at 5 different Nissan dealers, and Gates was the only one to go out of their way to help me, answering my questions and getting back to me right away without being pushy. (I couldn't believe one dealership didn't even try to configure a Juke w/the options I wanted because "there was no Juke like that w/in 500 miles". Crazy. Most options are dealer installed!!) I had a million questions, and Rich Denesha at Gates either had the answer for me or asked Jimmie or Ralph with their wealth of knowledge. While negotiating a price, Rich and Ryan were extremely reasonable. When it came time to do the financial paperwork, Chris was thorough and easy-going. Everyone was very friendly and professional, and I would definitely recommend Gates because they know how to treat customers. More
