After being in the car business for 37 years and knowing every in and out about customer service I have to rate the personnel at Gates Nissan the highest ratings possible. They go beyond the call of duty to satisfy their customers. Brian was my salesman but Paul Bacon assisted on the sale. This is the second vehicle I have purchased from Brian and could not have been more pleased. Nick is also a professional at his position of F & I manager, Great guy to work with. As for Ryan, That's another story but won't go there Ha Ha, He was also GREAT. My Hat is off to all at Gates Nissan, Great job Guy's. Ken French More

This was the best car purchasing experience I have had. The entire staff, even those that I didn't actually work with, was professional, friendly and courteous. Gates offered a fantastic internet price on the vehicle. When I walked into the showroom, Paul greeted me and we immediatley located the truck, drove it and sat down to talk price. No pressure, just right to business and the bottom line, which I appreciated. I left a deposit to think about the purchase over the weekend, and did some research at other dealerships. No one could even come within $2000 of Gates price. On Monday, my only decision was which color and options. And that was wasn't the simplest, because Gates had so many more Frontiers than any of the other dealers. On Tuesday I returned, and within about 90 minutes, completed the transaction, including financing. If I had any complaint, it would be that the internet price was so low, I couldnt squeeze another penny out of the deal. But that's the kind of complaint you actually like to have. If the price alone wasn't good enough, since I had no trade-in and live 30 miles away from Gates, Paul even offered to have someone pick me up so I wouldn't have to find a ride to get my new truck. I would have to categorize that as above and beyond. More

Buying new Nissan Murano at Gates Nissan was by far best experience ever. Friendly, very polite atmosphere with great respect towards potential buyers. It was probably the first dealership where there was no "mind-games and no sarcastic comments during discussing the price of our future car. Bob, Ryan and Brian were very patient and it was actually pleasure making deal with them. Eric was so helpful and very professional while financing our purchase. All of them were working very hard to please us and make the whole buying process as smooth as possible. They really care. After the purchase Bob sent a few follow-up e-mails and gave us a call as well just to talk about our new vehicle. Nice gesture. We already scheduled our first oil change service and it has been confirmed by phone in very professional way. Sounds like the Service Department is probably as good as Sales. I came to Gates knowing exactly what I wanted after seeing an advertisement in the turnpike buyer. Ryan and Nate in sales were great and never tried to sell me something more than I wanted. Nate was very knowledgeable of the Nissan product and was helpful but not pushy. When I got to the finance manager he was awesome. I came with my financing in hand however Brian suggested I try Nissan and they got me approved at 1.9% I could not have asked for anything better! I saved 6$ a month and one year of payments!!! My gates buying experience was awesome and I will buy there again and quite frankly I don't see myself buying anywhere else now. I sure hope their service lives up to the sales experience.
