My under warranty Nissan Leaf needed a tow to a Nissan dealership. The Nissan recovery service did not offer Burleson Nissan as even an option even though I live in Burleson. I forced the system to take dealership. The Nissan recovery service did not offer Burleson Nissan as even an option even though I live in Burleson. I forced the system to take my vehicle to the Burleson dealership. I can see now why Nissan Recovery did not recommend I take my car there. It has been with them 2 1/2 days and despite making 4 calls to them for progress reports I have had no responses. Poor CUSTOMER SERVICE. I will be demanding to speak to the Service Manager/GM tomorrow. More

I brought my Nissan versa in for a front end alignment that another dealer 4 times and never got it right. Burleson Nissan got the car into the service bay in 5 minutes from my arrival. I was able to watc that another dealer 4 times and never got it right. Burleson Nissan got the car into the service bay in 5 minutes from my arrival. I was able to watch the mechanic work on my car, due to the large window in n the waiting room. He finished the alignment in less than 30 minutes. Having worked as a professional race mechanic at one time in my life, I could tell that the mechanic was highly skilled and was far better than mechanics from other dealers. I had the opportunity to talk to the mechanic and informed him that I would bring my Versa back for future service. I believe that high quality service should be rewarded by returning for future service and repairs. The Service advisor was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Great team and thank you Burleson Nissan. More

This dealer gives fast and high quality service. With a large window in the waiting room, I watched the mechanics service and repair a number of cars and trucks. Not only were they fast and efficien With a large window in the waiting room, I watched the mechanics service and repair a number of cars and trucks. Not only were they fast and efficient, they even sprayed and cleaned the area in the engine bay, then wiped the excess dirt from the area that they worked on. My truck and the other cars that were serviced came out far cleaner than they were when they were brought in for service. I now plan to bring a car that I purchased from another dealer in for service due to the high quality work from the mechanics and the top notch service representative that helped me. More
