My visit to Southbay Hyundai was on the 4th day of a search for a solid used car for my daughter. Immediately, I was welcomed by Ray. The car is wondersul, but the delivery process was too slow, taking almost three hours, which is unconscionable. There were no credit issues (my FICO score is over 800), just unnecessary delays in paperw slow, taking almost three hours, which is unconscionable. There were no credit issues (my FICO score is over 800), just unnecessary delays in paperwork. My sense is the=at the sales tna finance departments are ins=experienced. I hope that the service deprtment is more organized. I was promised a lession on the car's features, but despite my making an appointment I never got one and there are features I still don't know how to use. I'm hoping that someone will csll me to schedule an appointment that the dealership is ale to keep. More
