I came into the dealership looking for a Highlander. She LISTENED to my needs and she came up with a RAV4 which suits me perfectly. She brought out one car for me to test drive and that was the car I purchased. Again, she LISTENED to me and knew immediately which vehicle would fit me the best. You are extremely lucky to have Brenna on your team. The finance person was also great. He made the paperwork easy and was very pleasant. The person who went over the workings of the car was also great. I still don't know how he got into that car without moving the seat because he was a tall man! An extremely pleasant person and I could ask him any question I had.I am very pleased with the dealership and the treatment by everyone I encountered. More
