I have went to the dealership once in the pass 4 years ago we were on the lot and no one came to greet us . Ryan Murphy handled my very first unfamiliar and nervous visit to the service department with my new vehicle very well. In and out when he said. Thank you, Ryan. Quality of work I could not check, since this was a recall for a replacement part, I can't say how good the work was. I can assume it was as good as it was suppose to be. As far as Customer Service, I was disappointed in not getting calls returned to me about my appointment. I had to wait a couple of weeks until I met my assigned service rep to ask the questions I needed answered. I tried twice calling the service department and left two messages on different days. Which is why I was nervous when I showed up for my first visit to Service Dept since I purchased by Hyundai Tuscan. A friend of mine who is a regular Crown Hyundai lease-holder/owner steered me into looking at Crown Hyundai before I bought mine because he rated the Service Dept highly. He just leased a brand-new Hyundai Palisades just two weeks ago. I wonder if he ever got a referral credit for referring me to Crown when I bought mine last October. I mentioned his name....Frank and/or Barbara Burkett. More
