Ryan made sure that everything I wanted in my usual service call was done and even pointed out other things that should be done, which I also had him take care of for me. I had expected the work to take more time than it took so that was another bonus. The Crown service waiting area is a neat, clean and friendly environment, unlike many other auto service facilities in our community. So, overall, having our car serviced at Crown Hyundai is a pleasant experience. I highly suggest it to all. Chris, Cliff and Brian have also been wonderful to work with at Crown. And due to our overall Hyundai relationships, even aside from the remarkable Warranty, my Wife and I plan on getting another Hyundai from Crown in the future. More

Check engine light on I drove into St. Petersburg Florida from Pittsburgh PA for my fathers 90th birthday party. Immediately upon arrival my check engine light came on. Rya I drove into St. Petersburg Florida from Pittsburgh PA for my fathers 90th birthday party. Immediately upon arrival my check engine light came on. Ryan Murray was my service representative. He was extremely professional from the beginning. They found my secondary cooling fan had shorted and needed replaced. They had a new one in stock and had me back on the road very quickly. Several days later my check engine light came on again. I drove back to Crown and Ryan got me in immediately to see what was going on. They found a wire that was shorting out the system and fixed it at no cost to me. I am extremely impressed with the Crown dealership. I got to see several interactions with their staff and customers while I was there and they treated everyone with professionalism and kindness. I give a big thumbs up to the whole Crown organization and thank Ryan Murray for making my visit to Florida a happy one. Keep up the good work Ryan. I also want to thank the cashier as she was such a nice pleasant person that she left me smiling on my way out the door!!!!!! More

Recall Appointment Ryan went above and beyond. I was in for recall appointment only, but Ryan had another issue fixed that I mentioned at check-in. It so happened it wa Ryan went above and beyond. I was in for recall appointment only, but Ryan had another issue fixed that I mentioned at check-in. It so happened it was still under warranty but only for a short time. He saved me money and time. I also mentioned I though I may need brakes and would make an appointment for that in a week. He had them checked and advised me I had some time to get those done. How refreshing when a service center is honest and not trying to up-sell. Will use Crown in the future for all my car needs. Thank you. More
