Ryan Murray! Super Tech! I brought my 2013 Elantra in for service because of an unusual noise I heard while driving at about 40MPH. I wasn't sure of the source of the noise no I brought my 2013 Elantra in for service because of an unusual noise I heard while driving at about 40MPH. I wasn't sure of the source of the noise nor whether it was something serious or not. When I called in for an appointment I was told that Ryan Murray would be my service rep. When I arrived and found him I was pleasantly greeted and asked how he could help. I explained my concern and he had it checked out while also noting that there had been a recall for my car that they would take care of while I was there. Not too long after turning things over to Ryan, he informed me that the noise was simply from a dry wall screw that had somehow worked its way into my left front tire unfortunately through the sidewall where it could not be repaired. Had I left the problem without checking it out I could have blown a tire at high speed and caused unknown damage or worse. I thank Ryan and his crew for derailing a possibly really bad scenario. The only bad part of my experience at Crown Hyundai was that I had to buy a new tire which wasn't cheap but, NECESSARY! Overall, I was very impressed with the professionalism and expertise of Ryan Murray and the classy appearance of the dealership. Hyundai has definitely upped their game since I first dealt with them in 1986 when I bought a brand new Hyundai for my wife that turned out to be nothing much more than a kiddie car. More

I as the consumer am not notified of the recalls, but they do know them. I like the fact that they are right on top of it. Ryan was such a joy to work with. He has such a positive and really knows his job. I will continue to bring my car to the dealership for the service, even though they are a bit more expensive. But the employees is what makes me want to come back. I really enjoyed my visit with Ryan. More
