Great Service On Friday night I was having some problems with my Sante Fe starting so I called first thing Saturday. The service scheduler told me to bring it in a On Friday night I was having some problems with my Sante Fe starting so I called first thing Saturday. The service scheduler told me to bring it in and they would squeeze me in. I got there at 8:30 and Ryan checked me in. Within the hour they not only had me back up and running they had also washed and vacuumed my car! Kudos for the quick service. This is my second Hyundai and I just think they are the best. More

Ryan Murray was courteous, knowledgeable and professional. I requested Crown use 100% synthetic oil and it was so. I had a couple of more questions about my new car; Ryan had the answers. To top everything off, when I went to pay for this service, I was told that there would be charge. This review is NOT about the gentleman working on my vehicle or the policy about small tire holes so I will not elaborate on those topics. The gentleman in service that was assisting me was Ryan Murray. Not only was he quick to acknowledge me and attentive, but also very personable and able to make light of a frustrating situation. As I was waiting, he made a point to give me regular updates and managed to be somewhat entertaining while time passed. Also, his interactions with other clients and myself showed a great deal of compassion. Letting everyone know they were being taken care of and not to worry. Making a positive experience out of a negative situation is not easy, but was exemplified today.... Thank you and I will be back for my oil change! (Hopefully no sooner) Kind regards... More
