Once the decision was made, I was informed Ryan O'Donnell would be taking over once I arrived on site. I'm giving the overall experience a good rating, despite the lag in my appointment time. The dealership does a good job in addressing questions, despite some delays. Once on premise, I was a little surprised it took longer with a set appointment, but I did learn of how busy a dealership they are and often employees need to help a couple people at the same time. I did appreciate all of Ryan's assistance and understanding of the requests. I'd consider working with the dealership again, but make sure you understand everything that is needed if you are shopping out-of-state. More
