He made this daunting process so easy as he explained all the SUV features, answered all my questions, let me drive it from Friday to Monday, and even communicated with me over the weekend. My only disappointment with the dealership is that the couple scratches weren’t buffed out before delivery. However, they are bringing me a loaner while they take mine to fix the scratches. More
