Additionally, the vehicle you purchased is not junk; it is a 2019 with very low mileage and the remainder of its factory warranty. I am not a victim nor claim to be. The fact that you believe that the sale of this low mile preowned Toyota truck was somehow a calculated scam designed to take advantage of you concerns me. You , who is so well educated ,is knowledgeable enough to know that you got a great deal on this truck or you would not have purchased it. If my sales associate mistakenly represented that the vehicle had been serviced ,that would be classified by most as a mistake as was his assumption that the vehicle had gas , for this I apologize. My service department would have contacted you as a standard practice for the maintenance services that would have been done prior to the sale typically. Stating that we sell junk is untrue.You wouldn’t buy junk. At this point you have received everything you paid for. I apologize for any inconvenience or misunderstanding and thank you for your business. All the best to you and your family.

Larry I am so sorry you are the victim here for sure . You are again not telling the truth I picked the car up that was supposed to be serviced prior to pickup and ready to go. I was not in a rush all I asked that it was completed. I picked the vehicle up and ran out of gas on 595 in the rain storms within 5 miles?Upon looking at the filters while getting gas none were changed and I have photos . The reason I got a loaner was you had already wholesaled my car or I would happily taken my check back and my car. They were not accusations they were the truth and I did ask if you had a minute but I guess to busy playing on your phone to remember this. I have the timeline and pictures for my backup . You were just caught by an educated graduate of Northwood University that knows better.

The associate was not mistaken and is supposedly your best? We went over the expectations and I was very patient. All expectations were very clear. I definitely was not in a rush all I wanted was it to be right. Yes with my education I know when a customer has had this bad of an experience I would make sure I redelivered it myself. Your service department gave me a service writer not even the manager . They never even followed up after nor did you. So yes thanks to my education I know better . I hope others have read and understand my experience.
