Ryan Reeves is great, and this is the second car I have purchased with him. The first was a used Prius almost 2 years ago, and this one most recently was a used Acura ILX in great condition. Ryan is knowledgeable, helpful, and not pushy like other dealerships. In fact, when my wife and I were looking for another vehicle, I made sure to first reach out to Ryan and see what they had in stock, and sure enough, they had something similar to what we were looking for. I normally don't leave online reviews for anything but I feel like I have to here because Ryan is great at what he does and makes the car-buying process so easy and nice, and I'm not just saying this. I honestly wish every car salesman could be like Ryan. Thank you! More

I would NEVER deal with them again and will post on social media and any other viable source my experience and pictures as they do not lie as they do! A total scam dealer! The dealer said they would service the vehicle and I’m a graduate of Northwood University of Dealership Management I know what is expected and they lied. I inspected and they did nothing all filters and safely items we not serviced ! I looked at the filters and took pictures and they were disgusting! The GM could not be bothered while he played on his phone to hear my issues! It comes from the top poor management!!! This Dealer is a joke I even ran out of gas the day I took delivery in the rain yes on the side of the road 5 min after delivery I never thought they would deliver a car on fumes!!! Literally empty! Please do not deal with them!!! Please protect yourself and deal with a reliable honest Dealer! My experience is this is nothing more than a buy here pay here experience off of 441... it’s not safe! Protect yourselves and go somewhere else . This is my experience..... More
