Saw a used Pacifica on their website and filled out the interest form. Rita contacted me the next day to make an appointment for us to come in and test drive. Made the appointment for the next morning, 6 interest form. Rita contacted me the next day to make an appointment for us to come in and test drive. Made the appointment for the next morning, 6/13. When we arrived, Rita brought us to Ryan Scarpelli, a salesman who was very nice. Unfortunately, the vehicle was not there. An office manager left the dealership with it the night before on vacation for a week. What was the point in making an appointment? Ryan brought his manager over who offered no explanation. A day or two later, I received an email from Ryan with more info on the car. I responded that I didn’t need more info, I had been prepared to purchase the car if the test drive went well. He apologized again and said he’d be in touch when the vehicle was returned. A week later, I received an email containing nothing...”Dear Laura: Sincerely, Ryan Scarpelli”. Whatever technology this dealership is using to communicate with customers and schedule test drives is not working, and Management doesn’t really care. More

New Vehicle Purchase I recently purchased a new vehicle(Jeep Grand Cherokee), from Bettenhausen Jeep/Didge/ Chrysler in Tinley Park. I felt the staff there were very helpf I recently purchased a new vehicle(Jeep Grand Cherokee), from Bettenhausen Jeep/Didge/ Chrysler in Tinley Park. I felt the staff there were very helpful and knowlegeable. There was one snafu in that the vehicle I had agreed to purchase was sold to another customer on the morning of my visit just prior to my scheduled arrival. The behicle was sold by a different salesman other than the salesman I was dealing with. My salesman, Ryan Scarpelli apologized and advised me of what had happened. Needless to say I was extremely upset. However, Ryan Scarpelli was able to arrange a mew vehicle similar to the vehicle I intended to purchase, although not equipped with the same Oltional Equipment. Ryan was able to offer an acceptable price for the vehicle and I purchased the vehicle on this sane day(July 6, 2019). Ryan again apologized for the inconvenience and then provided me with excellent service. I would like to compliment Tenita Jackson , as Tenita provided me with excellent service in a tutorial of the vehicle' operational(computer) components. She was very helpful and knowledgable. More
