Quick easy process. Was able to communicate out the door price quickly. When I got to dealership, quick overview of the vehicle, test drive, review of trade in(all in 15 minutes) paperwork took about 15 min price quickly. Saw a used Pacifica on their website and filled out the interest form. Rita contacted me the next day to make an appointment for us to come in and test drive. Made the appointment for the next morning, 6 interest form. Rita contacted me the next day to make an appointment for us to come in and test drive. Made the appointment for the next morning, 6/13. When we arrived, Rita brought us to Ryan Scarpelli, a salesman who was very nice. Unfortunately, the vehicle was not there. An office manager left the dealership with it the night before on vacation for a week. What was the point in making an appointment? Ryan brought his manager over who offered no explanation. A day or two later, I received an email from Ryan with more info on the car. I responded that I didn’t need more info, I had been prepared to purchase the car if the test drive went well. He apologized again and said he’d be in touch when the vehicle was returned. A week later, I received an email containing nothing...”Dear Laura: Sincerely, Ryan Scarpelli”. Whatever technology this dealership is using to communicate with customers and schedule test drives is not working, and Management doesn’t really care. More
