New Vehicle Purchase I recently purchased a new vehicle(Jeep Grand Cherokee), from Bettenhausen Jeep/Didge/ Chrysler in Tinley Park. I felt the staff there were very helpf I recently purchased a new vehicle(Jeep Grand Cherokee), from Bettenhausen Jeep/Didge/ Chrysler in Tinley Park. I felt the staff there were very helpful and knowlegeable. There was one snafu in that the vehicle I had agreed to purchase was sold to another customer on the morning of my visit just prior to my scheduled arrival. The behicle was sold by a different salesman other than the salesman I was dealing with. My salesman, Ryan Scarpelli apologized and advised me of what had happened. Needless to say I was extremely upset. However, Ryan Scarpelli was able to arrange a mew vehicle similar to the vehicle I intended to purchase, although not equipped with the same Oltional Equipment. Ryan was able to offer an acceptable price for the vehicle and I purchased the vehicle on this sane day(July 6, 2019). Ryan again apologized for the inconvenience and then provided me with excellent service. I would like to compliment Tenita Jackson , as Tenita provided me with excellent service in a tutorial of the vehicle' operational(computer) components. She was very helpful and knowledgable. More

Joe has skills! The sales manager Joe was determined to restablish a relationship with me on behalf of Bettenhausen dealership. I made a previous (lease) purchase in The sales manager Joe was determined to restablish a relationship with me on behalf of Bettenhausen dealership. I made a previous (lease) purchase in 2025 and had some serious bumps with my vehicle and the dealership, then returned in 2017 to review new leasing options - only to receive higher leasing options. Joe intentionally but respectfully kept in contact with me until I was ready to give this dealership one last try. He gave me his personal mobile number and came in on his off day to meet with me. We were able to find a new affordable leasing option and so far, I am very happy with my putchase. The purchase process was a little long (about 6.5 hours) and taxing. But, Joe gained my trust, and even gave me a chocolate bar for dinner! (Is there someway to make the car purchase process more “spa like”? ..laughing) Joe covered A-Z details on the vehicle and I am thankful! Here’s to new (good) beginnings with Bettenhausen! Best Car Buying Experience Ever! Best car buying experience! Sales/leasing manager Ryan Scarpelli made sure I was taken care of and that I purchased a vehicle that would make both me Best car buying experience! He took the time out to thoroughly explained the leasing process and he helped me to pick a vehicle they fit all of my wants and needs I couldn't be more happy! I will most definitely be coming back to have Ryan place me in my next vehicle once this lease is up. He is officially my salesman from here on out. Then when it came to working the numbers, Chrysler Brand Manager Eric Woodal is awesome! He worked the numbers until he found something that could work for my budget and in the end left me with a feeling of satisfaction with the deal I made. This was the first time I ever felt like I was not being taken advantage of, he was trying to provide me with the best deal possible and I feel as though he succeeded. Once my car was pulled around(2018 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk) Delivery Specialist Cody Novak made sure my husband and I thoroughly understood how to enjoy our new vehicle. He explained all of the vehicles functions and he was so happy for us! His was extremely nice and it was just a pleasure talking with him and having him explain the odds and ends of our car. He even took the time out to take a picture of me and my husband sitting in our new vehicle. Bettenhausen Dodge in Tinley Park is the true definition of how a dealership should function and treat customers. From the time you walk into the building you are greeted with smiles. Even for customers who may have walked in to purchase a vehicle, but we're unable to do so for whatever reasons still appeared to leave out with smiles on their faces because the customer service is just that good! It just so happened that the day that I showed up, they were barbecuing hamburgers and hotdogs for everyone. It is gestures such as this, that go a long way in showing customer appreciation. I want to take the time out to also thank the gentleman that we're cooking the food and placing it out for everyone, they were working hard and they deserve recognition as well. I want to thank Bettenhausen Dodge for giving me and my husband the best car buying experience we could have ever hoped for, you now have customers for life! More
