Bell Audi is far ahead of it's competiors. I live quite a long distance from Bell Audi. Many people have asked me why I travel so far to buy a new car, when there are many dealers that are far I live quite a long distance from Bell Audi. Many people have asked me why I travel so far to buy a new car, when there are many dealers that are far closer. The answer is very simple, it's the way they conduct their business. Their primary focus is on customer service. Their prices are significantly better. Their inventory is bigger. And the quality of their staff is far superior. My salesperson, Derek Rieckhoff, did everything possible to make a remote transaction feel as if I were at the dealership. He was friendly, courteous and answered all of my questions and concerns. The finance manager (who was my former sales person) Ryan Schmidt, continues to be outstanding at what he does. He makes you feel very comfortable when closing the transaction and does a great job of securing the best possible financing, in a quick and professional manner. These two gentlemen are an integral part of a larger team that places Bell Audi far ahead of it's competition. That is why I will continue to travel far and get my Audi from Bell. More

From inquiring online being contacted by Daniella to set up a test drive to driving my new A5 home was less than 24 hours. I am really pleased with the care in describing and showing of the product. Yes I knew i wanted an A5 from the look alone, had no idea of the capability of the vehicle, and man oh man the bang olufsen sound system. It will be my weekend drive anyway but good to know that she will be able to handle the snow if I had too. thanks for sharing those videos on you tube. So why the title... while waiting to get in with Ryan Schmit i was having a bit of a i don't want to do it moment due to the light interior. Ryan at that point found another vehicle in inventory to have Mark show me and was willing to make the price as comparable as possible. long story short I decided since everything was new for me in this purchase to try something new and went with the light. on top of all this a Bell Audi customer since 2005 was purchasing his 4th vehicle with Bell, and the time waiting we spoke alot about the service, and the care for him as a customer...no family member is words he used made me even more comfortable to Join the Bell Audi family. More

Mr. Infante was very friendly, thorough, and knowledgeable about the product and in familiarizing me with my car. He is excellent with customer service along with Business Manager Ryan Schmidt. Every staff member there is great to deal with--especially the Bell Audi technicians who took care of my 2002 A6 over the years. More

I purchased my 5th car, a 2010 Audi Q5 from Bell Audi. I was in the area looking at another car at another dealership and happened to pass Bell after leaving the other dealership. I saw the car about 10 mi was in the area looking at another car at another dealership and happened to pass Bell after leaving the other dealership. I saw the car about 10 mins before close of business day (Saturday, August 10, 2013) and went in to inquire about it. Unfortunately, there was a wait as all of the salesman were busy. Initially, that was off putting, but they took my name and number and called me as soon as a rep was available. In the interim, I went to another car dealer to view other cars. When I came back, after closing, I met with Ryan Schmidt, who showed me the car. We test drove it after business hours, and he told me everything about Audi, the Q5 and the "Prestige" package that came on the car. After the drive we went back inside, worked with the numbers and arrived at a satisfactory deal for both parties. I came back a week later and picked up the car with very little hassle. After the purchase was complete, Ryan gave me a complete tutorial on how to master my new controls. I only have two complaints: (1) I did not like the waiting at the initial point of interest. It was explained to me that Saturday is their busiest day, so the wait time could not be avoided; (2) I never got an opportunity to meet "the big guy in the back room." I felt as if whoever this mystery person was that always seems to be able to make financing magic happen in the back room, should have come out to at least greet me as the paying customer. To some, that may not be a big deal. Otherwise, my purchasing experience at Bell Audi was quite pleasant and I would highly recommend the dealership to anyone looking for a car. In fact, I already have! As an addendum to my inital review, I am including the comment below: I received a call from Jim Todd, the big guy in the back room, apologizing for not being available during my initial visit. That's excellent customer service! More

I thoroughly enjoyed the experience of purchasing my new Audi A5 cab from Ryan Schmidt this month July 2013. If I knew the transaction was going to be so smooth ahead of time, I probably would replaced my ' Audi A5 cab from Ryan Schmidt this month July 2013. If I knew the transaction was going to be so smooth ahead of time, I probably would replaced my '01 Audi A4 a few years back. The thought of feeling pressured to buy options I would never use, and price haggling with a car dealer finance manager delayed my purchase. Ryan was wonderful to work with. I told him at the beginning what I had in mind to pay, and he instantlty agreed, I mean within a couple of seconds. I remember thinking to myself, "What? This cant be real". At the very beginning he also asked me what my needs were, and without any pressure, suggested a suitable package. But I sort of ignored it, because my guard was up, and wanted to make my own decisions regarding options, but after I went away and carefully read up on each of the options, I ended up choosing the exact specs he suggested. The difficult piece for me was choosing color cobination, but once again, Ryan came thru. After giving me space to think, he suggested I make a final visit so he could show me cars with the exact color combination and options I was interested in. He's very knowledgeable about the products, options, and incentitves so if you are considering a new Audi, make sure you ask for Ryan Schmidt at the reception counter, you will be glad you did. More

Ryan was fantastic to work with. The sales service was excellent. It really was no hassle buying and they took care of everything. I would definitely work with Ryan again. There was no back and forth on the price. He got right to the point. Ryan and his team took care of the registration, plates, temp plates, temp registration. They offered a fantastic warranty program as well. I would recommend Bell to anyone looking for a great car buying experience. More

As a first time Audi customer, it was a pleasure (and my good fortune) to have Ryan Schmidt as my sales representative. Besides being knowledgeable and informative of the Audi brand, Ryan always responded t good fortune) to have Ryan Schmidt as my sales representative. Besides being knowledgeable and informative of the Audi brand, Ryan always responded to my e-mail questions, inquiries and concerns in a timely manner. Further, he was always punctual at our designated appointment meetings (I never had to wait). This, of course, shows respect and concern for the prospective car buyer. Unlike the stereotypical car salesman, Ryan is intelligent, straightforward, honest and confident. In short, he is a class act. I compliment Bell Audi for having such an outstanding individual in their employ. I strongly recommmend Ryan Schmidt to anyone interested in purchasing an automobile from Bell Audi. More
