Excellent Experience! I live in Charlotte, NC so purchasing a truck from "out of town" seemed like it may be difficult. I was able to get the best value for all of the ext I live in Charlotte, NC so purchasing a truck from "out of town" seemed like it may be difficult. I was able to get the best value for all of the extras I wanted through working with Ryan instead of staying local. All my questions were answered same day, and all I got frequent updates on where my truck was along the process of build and delivery. The truck came in a month early, and had all of the additions i requested (wheels, tires, tint, step boards) applied and ready to go within 24 hours. I was sent email updates, phone calls and pictures of every step. I'm not sure who was more excited, Ryan and Alesia - or me! It was hard to accommodate my schedule being out of town, but they were able to hang around on a Sunday to make sure i got what i wanted and work with me on a Friday afternoon to make sure finance was set up appropriately so i could enjoy my weekend. I would definitely refer anyone to this dealership to work with Ryan and Alesia - it was easy, fun, and i'll visit them for the next one! More

Brent took great care of me and was very knowledgeable about the Highlander. Ryan checked in often to make sure I was happy with my experience. Alesia was able to get me the lowest interest rate for financing compared to several places I checked prior to going to Fred Anderson. I highly recommend Fred Anderson Toyota. Ryan was very personable and helped us along the way with the process. HE was very knowledgeable about the cars' features. After the final price was agreed upon we dealt with Blake in financing. He tot was also upfront and personable. After the final papers were signed and the car was washed and cleaned Ryan took the time to help my wife and I setup the bluetooth functions on our phones (iphone6), seat memory and gave us a brief (30-40 minute) description of the various features included on our vehicle. I say brief because it would truly take an entire morning/evening to figure out the electronic features of the audio/phone/navigation system. I would recommend this dealer to a friend or family member. More

The folks at Fred Anderson, especially Manager Robert Lukens and salesman Ryan Spence, are truly different and I strongly recommend them. We recently bought a 2014 Corolla for our daughter who just moved to Charleston and has limited experience with cars. I negotiated from afar and didn't have an opportunity to inspect the car. I just visited and discovered that the headlights pointed downward. We took the car to the dealer, and the tech discovered that a bracket was bent. Unfortunately, the dealer wasn't equipped to fix it. Bracing for a fight, I almost fell over when Robert Lukens volunteered to take the car to a body shop for the repair and to send a driver to pick up my daughter! All this was done in a day. The car is perfect and safe to drive. The folks at Fred Anderson really stood by their commitment to provide excellent customer service. Even though it cost them a few bucks, they made a smart business decision because I would buy a car from them in the future and don't hesitate to recommend them. More
