I cannot tell you how pleased I am with my experience at the Lima Auto Mall. I am 63 years old and have bought many cars - new and used - but I have never been treated as well by any dealership or salesman the Lima Auto Mall. I am 63 years old and have bought many cars - new and used - but I have never been treated as well by any dealership or salesman as I have been treated our salesman Ryan Swaney and the rest of the people at the Lima Auto Mall! If you take the time to read the rest of this I believe you will understand why I say that this dealership and salesman Ryan Swaney are head and shoulders above any dealer or salesman I have ever dealt with. I was hunting for a specific make and model vehicle on the internet and found that the Lima Auto Mall had one. Now you need to understand that my wife and I live about 500mi away in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan - but we were travelling to Toledo for a Christmas gathering of our family. We went down to Toledo a day early and I called the dealership and spoke to one of thier salesmen - Ryan Swaney. Because I was going to finance the vehicle up where I live I had no idea how to take care of this very important part of the deal. I had the loan officer at my credit union call the dealership to work out the details - bearing in mind that I had not seen the actual vehicle and so was not sure if I would purchase it. But they found a way to accomodate my situation. I went to the dealership and there was the car - sitting exactly where Ryan said it would be. Even though it is an '07 it looked like new! Ryan gave us a tour of the vehicle - explaining how everything worked and answering all of our questions. We took the vehicle for a test drive and then talked a little more and came to an agreement on price. Ryan then took the vehicle to another part of the facility - washed it and filled it up with gas - and then we went to the finance manager. To everyones surprise the finance manager did not know anything about the deal worked out with my credit union! It seems that the lady who took the call had quit 1 hour after the deal was made with my credit union - without telling anyone what the details were for the financing! But these people are professionals and understood that I needed to leave with the vehicle and the check would be sent to them on Monday - and they made it work! Now it is a week later and I received a call from Ryan asking if we are completely satisfied with the car. We are! But I needed the part number for the wiper blade for the rear window wiper. Ryan put me on hold for about 1 minute and told me he couldn't find the part number - but had ordered the part from the service dept. and it will be shipped to me free of charge! I really do not know how I could be treated better! Now I know why they have lasted over 100 years at the same location! More

We were not sure what we wanted to do, lease or purchase, or what type of vehicle we wanted. After test driving A LOT of vehicles and going over ALL our options with Ryan, we were able to make the best deci or what type of vehicle we wanted. Ryan was friendly, efficient, and made my first car buying experience very comfortable. Ryan was easy to work with as the finance officer, Mike, was very good at explaining all my options. Ryan was very friendly. He moved very quickly in getting the things nessasary done. They already had a sale price on the car so I couldn't get them to budge anymore. The overall experience with Lima Auto Mall and Ryan Swaney went very well. There are other places I shopped but was not pleased with the experience nor the sales people. My experience at Lima Aunto Mall was excellent! As soon as we pulled in the lot, Ryan Swaney came out and introduced himself. He took 45 minutes to walk around the lot with my boyfriend and I answering any as we pulled in the lot, Ryan Swaney came out and introduced himself. We were not really looking to buy a car at that time, but we felt very comfortable with Ryan and we felt the price was good and bought the car a few days later. Salesman was very friendly. Very helpful in getting the car financed. Our present car being a 2003 and the the 2011 having so many more options the salesman was very helpful in explaining how the systems w car financed. The dealership staff was very friendly and professional. The sales associate was extremely knowledgeable in regards to the vehicle we were intereted in and the financing options available to my wife and I. We did a lot of research and it came down to a Chevy 3500 or a Ford F450. And if we were going to trade up, it had to be a red one and it had to have all the bells and whistles I wanted. I searched online and not only was yours the closest red one to me in the country, it had everything I wanted. When I called to inquire about it, I was fortunate to be connected with your employee Ryan Swaney. Now, I`m going to guess you have a bunch of great guys there, but I can`t begin to tell you how delighted and pleased I am to have worked with Ryan. He probably spent what amounted to hours on the phone with me. He spoke with knowledge and intelligence not only about his product but about the competitor`s product. He helped us make a decision that we wanted to make anyway. We love Chevys, we`ve been loyal Chevy buyers, and Ryan gave me the confidence to choose that 3500 with the certainty we were doing the right thing. After we decided to buy it, he took care of putting on all the extra “stuff” I wanted and even helped me with arranging to trade in my existing truck. (People can`t believe it when I tell them that- that you traded it for me sight unseen- just a couple of pictures.) He also arranged the very affordable delivery option of meeting halfway with both vehicles. Ryan instilled my confidence and trust in him and your dealership. He never treated me like just another sale. He was attentive, responsive, helpful, and just plain wonderful. You just don`t get that anymore.
