My husband and I just purchased a Chrysler Pacifica and couldn't be happier. We were looking for a bigger vehicle because our family was expecting a new addition and the car just wasn't going to be big eno couldn't be happier. We only had a few weeks until the baby was due and Ryan was able to get us in this vehicle within the budget we wanted and are very pleased with the service we received. The overall experience was fantastic and when we need to purchase another vehicle we will not hesitate to look here first! I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. Thought I was going to have to go to Columbus, Dayton or Cincinnati to get the best deal, but I got more car for a better price here! Looking for the perfect certified pre-owned vehicle is painful! After an exhaustive 30 day search on Cars.com I found the right vehicle, only to find it was 237 miles away at Lima Auto Mall. To be honest painful! After an exhaustive 30 day search on Cars.com I found the right vehicle, only to find it was 237 miles away at Lima Auto Mall. To be honest, I'm a skeptical consumer. I had no idea where Lima, OH was on a map and didn't find the name terribly appealing. Doubtful of the outcome, I submitted an internet inquiry at 11:30pm. By 7:30am the next morning, I had a call-back from Ryan Swaney, a down-to-earth and amiable associate committed to the customer-experience. Ryan walked me through the vehicle history, spoke of the dealership's 100+ year history as a Cadillac dealer and detailed out the vehicle specifics. My concern was the distance between me and the vehicle, to which Ryan responded that he'd see to it that the vehicle would arrive at the location of my choice. While the entire pre-purchasing experience was phenomenal, here's why I ultimately decided to sign on the dotted line: 1. The car was priced $2,000 below any comparably-equipped vehicle, 2. Ryan offered to deliver the car to my home on New Year's Eve, 237 miles away, 3. Ryan patiently walked me through all of the car's gadgets and answer all my questions, and 4. The dealership proved up the quality they represented online. I cannot begin to tell you how happy I am with this experience. Thanks to Ryan, Joe and all the staff at Lima Auto Mall for an outstanding customer experience! More

After a car accident in which my car was totaled, I had the pleasure of meeting Ryan Swaney at the Lima Auto Mall. Ryan bent over backwards to help me find the vehicle that was right for me. He was frien the pleasure of meeting Ryan Swaney at the Lima Auto Mall. Ryan bent over backwards to help me find the vehicle that was right for me. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and very patient as I searched for my best fit. A day after I took delivery of my new 'used vehicle' I spotted a small windshield crack that I had not seen the day before. I was afraid that glass would not be covered under my 12 month bumper to bumper, but Ryan immediatedly made arrangements for a glass service to come to me to replace the windshield. I would definately return to Lima Auto Mall and request Ryan Swaney as my sales associate. Great BIG thanks Ryan! More

I cannot tell you how pleased I am with my experience at the Lima Auto Mall. I am 63 years old and have bought many cars - new and used - but I have never been treated as well by any dealership or salesman the Lima Auto Mall. I am 63 years old and have bought many cars - new and used - but I have never been treated as well by any dealership or salesman as I have been treated our salesman Ryan Swaney and the rest of the people at the Lima Auto Mall! If you take the time to read the rest of this I believe you will understand why I say that this dealership and salesman Ryan Swaney are head and shoulders above any dealer or salesman I have ever dealt with. I was hunting for a specific make and model vehicle on the internet and found that the Lima Auto Mall had one. Now you need to understand that my wife and I live about 500mi away in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan - but we were travelling to Toledo for a Christmas gathering of our family. We went down to Toledo a day early and I called the dealership and spoke to one of thier salesmen - Ryan Swaney. Because I was going to finance the vehicle up where I live I had no idea how to take care of this very important part of the deal. I had the loan officer at my credit union call the dealership to work out the details - bearing in mind that I had not seen the actual vehicle and so was not sure if I would purchase it. But they found a way to accomodate my situation. I went to the dealership and there was the car - sitting exactly where Ryan said it would be. Even though it is an '07 it looked like new! Ryan gave us a tour of the vehicle - explaining how everything worked and answering all of our questions. We took the vehicle for a test drive and then talked a little more and came to an agreement on price. Ryan then took the vehicle to another part of the facility - washed it and filled it up with gas - and then we went to the finance manager. To everyones surprise the finance manager did not know anything about the deal worked out with my credit union! It seems that the lady who took the call had quit 1 hour after the deal was made with my credit union - without telling anyone what the details were for the financing! But these people are professionals and understood that I needed to leave with the vehicle and the check would be sent to them on Monday - and they made it work! Now it is a week later and I received a call from Ryan asking if we are completely satisfied with the car. We are! But I needed the part number for the wiper blade for the rear window wiper. Ryan put me on hold for about 1 minute and told me he couldn't find the part number - but had ordered the part from the service dept. and it will be shipped to me free of charge! I really do not know how I could be treated better! Now I know why they have lasted over 100 years at the same location! More

Ryan was friendly, efficient, and made my first car buying experience very comfortable. Ryan was easy to work with as the finance officer, Mike, was very good at explaining all my options. Ryan was very friendly. He moved very quickly in getting the things nessasary done. They already had a sale price on the car so I couldn't get them to budge anymore.
