Awesome Experience We came here to look at a couple cars we found online. We had sometime to look at the car ourselves and then with a salesman. Our salesman (Andres G.) Best car buying experience in a REALLY long time! I have had some unpleasant car buying experiences with a variety of dealers over the years. I have to say that my experience with Katelyn and Ryan at I have had some unpleasant car buying experiences with a variety of dealers over the years. I have to say that my experience with Katelyn and Ryan at Paradise yesterday was BY FAR one of the best overall experiences I have ever had. Not only was Katelyn very helpful and friendly, she was not pushy in any way. I did my homework before arriving at Paradise, so I had a good idea of what I wanted and what Paradise had in their inventory. Katelyn took me straight to the car I had already found online and we went for a test drive. She guided me to an area of Temecula that allowed me to really feel and listen to the car without having to worry about the rush hour traffic around the freeway. After the test drive, Katelyn helped crunch the numbers and showed me the current incentive offers and the estimated value for my trade. We quickly came to an agreement and I felt like I was getting a great deal all the way around. We started the paperwork for my new car. I met Ryan in finance and he was ready to roll. He showed me the difference between the current incentives being offered for my new car and how each one would affect my overall cost and my monthly payment. Ryan's input helped me knock another $30 off my monthly payment, and signing all of the paperwork was very quick and painless. Overall, I can't say enough about my experience at Paradise. Getting lifetime oil changes is another huge perk, but the nicest touch was the $50 donation Paradise made in our name to a local charity. Last night you helped my family get a new car and you gave a little bit back to the community. Nice job Paradise! Keep up the great work! More
