I came to the dealership in March looking for some information about the Chevrolet equinox (pamphlet) but they were out, two months later it had not been restocked. Other than that, The salesmen were very helpful and friendly, and while I didn't get the car for the price that I wanted, they were willing to work with me to get me a better deal. I also like that the customer service didn't end with the sale of the car but continued with calls to see how the car was doing after the sale. More

We came to Paradise Chevrolet yesterday to begin shopping for a different vehicle. The 2008 Saturn was an excellent vehicle but our financial situation has changed drastically in the three years of the leas for a different vehicle. The 2008 Saturn was an excellent vehicle but our financial situation has changed drastically in the three years of the lease. Paradise Chevrolet was our first choice due to the excellent service we have recieved with the Saturn. Ryan showed us the new Chevy Cruz and it is very impressive though out of our price range. After we informed Ryan that the car was beyond our means, he suggested a pre owned car and brought David in to help out. Both of them were great. Very polite, communicative, informative and helpful. They put us into a pre-owned car that meets our needs and fits our budget without pressure or a lot of haggling. The only downside to the deal is that the pre-owned vehicle is a Toyota and we won't be able to continue using your excellent service department. When the time comes, we will be back. Maybe, we can afford the Chevy Cruz next time. Thank you Ryan and David for helping us to accomplish our goal. A big 'two thumbs up' from both of us. Glenn & Cathy More
